Living on campus keeps you connected with friends, classmates and faculty. Complete your college experience by living in Josie’s Village, a quick walk from campus. We offer one- and two-bedroom suites at affordable rates. Research shows that students who live on campus during their college experience earn higher GPAs and are more likely to complete their education than those who live off-campus.
Josie’s Village
Nebraska Methodist College’s student housing complex, Josie’s Village, is a quick walk from campus. We offer 32 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom units within six buildings on the southwest side of campus and in the heart of Omaha.
Residential options include single living, living with a roommate or family living. Each option has its benefits but includes all utilities, wireless internet and 24 hour security.
*Effective 08/01/24, all students living in Josie's Village will need to show proof of renter's insurance for the academic year.
*Financial aid does not cover the charges for summer housing unless the student is given an award letter specifically for summer enrollment.
One-bedroom apartments allow for more flexibility and privacy for returning and non-traditional students. This option offers a more independent living environment and is available to students who have had at least one year of college experience; however, exceptions for incoming traditional-age freshmen will be made on an individual basis.
Roommate
Two-bedroom apartments provide both the privacy of your own bedroom while enjoying the experience of living with a college roommate. Students have the option of requesting or being assigned a roommate.
Family Living
Nebraska Methodist College offers family housing for married students, with or without dependent children, or single custodial parents, residing with dependent children. A combination of one- and two-bedroom apartments are available; apartment assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whispering Pines Townhomes, located at 556 North 88th Plaza, is the most convenient off-campus housing location, and it’s still just a quick walk away. NMC students receive $150 off the first month’s rent with a valid NMC student ID. The townhomes are 1,488 square feet with prices starting at $1225 per month.
