Peer tutoring services are available to all Nebraska Methodist College students. Tutors are recommended by faculty and will assist students with homework and test review at no charge. Tutoring assistance is available for most classes and occurs as often as is agreed upon by the student and tutor.
Students in need of a tutor can obtain assistance by logging in to the My Methodist student portal and clicking on the "Tutoring" tab. There, students can find information on how to access tutors for specific courses, as well as NetTutor.
Students interested in serving as a tutor are welcome to apply by completing the Tutor Application. Applicants must have obtained a B+ or A in the course(s) for which they are applying to tutor. Students who have faculty endorsements, are in good academic standing and who possess strong organizational, study and communication skills will be considered strong applicants.
